Pacuare Lodge
This delightful afternoon experience is both refreshing and unforgettable. After lunch, meet your naturalist guide and fellow participants at the reception area before venturing into the cool tranquility of the rainforest. You’ll follow a mountain river along a well-maintained trail, with your guide pointing out the forest’s hidden wildlife and explaining the intricate workings of the tropical ecosystem.
As you ascend into the woods, you’ll pass several small waterfalls, known as cascadas in Spanish, before reaching the final and largest catarata. Here, you’re invited to swim or wade in the refreshing natural pool below the falls.
