Pacific & Volcano Adventure
Day 01
Meet and greet at your arrival at the international airport, our representative will transfer you to your city hotel for your first night in San José at Milvia Hotel. The Hotel Milvia is a Caribbean style plantation house, which dates from 1930, and it has been lovingly restored to its former glory. Gracious architecture, an outstanding collection of modern Costa Rican art and period furnishings combine with modern amenities and truly personal service to create a unique atmosphere, an oasis of tranquility just minutes from the city center.

Day 02
After tasting a delicious breakfast, you will be heading towards the Mid Pacific Coast, up to Dominical beach, approx. driving distance 2 hours. Dominical is located at the South of Manuel Antonio. In this place, you will find miles of unspoiled lonely beaches, impressive bays along the coast, and the small village of Dominical. There you will find cozy restaurants; and other options for your enjoyment. Today you will be staying at Cuna del Angel, an exclusive and cozy boutique hotel amidst the surroundings of exuberant tropical jungle forest, in the lobby of the Earth’s most ecologically diverse area, featuring astonishing views of the South Pacific Coast of Costa Rica.

Day 03
Full day Kayaking Waves & Caves at Marino Ballena National Park. . This National Park was created in 1990 to preserve and protect the 4500 ha of coral reef that surround Ballena & Las Tres Hermanas Islands, the very beautiful beaches as well as the exuberant flora and fauna of its coasts. It also protects 13 km of coastline including the most scenic beaches of the area such as: Playa Ventanas, Playa Piñuelas, Playa Ballena, Playa Hermosa and Playa Bahía.
Spot some of the wildlife of the area along the most beautiful scenery of the Pacific Ocean and the exuberant vegetation of the coast, see over 30 different caves, where you can also enjoy and have fun surfing the waves at this beach on your kayak.

Day 04
Full day Corcovado National Park Hiking Trip. Corcovado National Park located in the Osa peninsula, in the southwest corner of the country, which has been considered to be one of the most important natural preserves in the Americas. This virgin rain forest park offers captivating visual beauty of its forest and of its coastline, with miles of uninhabited beaches and roaring cascades, draws visitors from all over the world. The Park is home of 500 species of trees, 140 species of mammals, 367 species of birds, 40 species of freshwater fishes and 117 species of amphibians recorded here. That is part of what will find here and will enjoy during your hiking trip.

Day 05
Morning breakfast, free, enjoy the beach, the sun and the hotel facilities. Also there are plenty of activities to enjoy at the hotel such as: hiking tours, Scuba diving in the near Caño Island Biological Reserve, kayaking in the mangroves, Whales & dolphins watching tours and much more.
In the afternoon, get ready for the ground transfer to the Naranjo area, passing San Jose, this is the perfect in between stop for your next tour. Today you will be staying at Vista del Valle, located in the heart of the Costa Rican Coffee region, in the district of El Rosario de Naranjo. The hotel offers spectacular views of the central valley and the opportunity to be near the harvesting of coffee plantations. As close as it is from different attractions, it is the perfect place to explore the country.

Day 06
Take your morning breakfast and get ready to travel to the impressive Arenal Volcano area. The trip takes approximately 3 hours by land, and you will have the opportunity to observe Costa Rica´s nature at its best. Arenal area’s most important attraction is the Arenal Volcano. This is one of the ten most active volcanoes in the world, and it is a fascinating natural wonder and must visit destination for many travelers to Costa Rica. Red-hot rocks crash down its steep slopes and volcanic grumbles produce huge ash columns above the crater.
Overnight at the Arenal Springs Resort (jr. suite room, breakfast and taxes included). By night enjoy the view, take a massage or a spa treatment, or simply just relax.
Day 07
Early in the morning enjoy the Canopy Tour, where you will be moving through the rain forest, offering you the opportunity to have an unforgettable encounter with nature. In the afternoon enjoy the visit to the Arenal Volcano, where you will be exploring the surrounding area and spotting wildlife such as monkeys, wild boars, two types of toucans, White-Nosed Coatis, Oropendula birds, Golden Eyelash Vipers, Boa Constrictors, White-tailed Deer, Great Curassows. Get close to the lava flow vista and be astonished by its impressive explosions and incredible sounds of the volcano. The Arenal Volcano is active since 1968, it constantly ejects gases, water, fumaroles and explosions with pyroclastic material emissions, and sometimes the eruptions are accompanied with powerful thunders. Later on, enjoy the local hot springs, where you can relax in the swimming pools with thermal water to soothe your body.

Day 08
In the morning, enjoy breakfast at the hotel and later you will take the ground transfer back to San Jose, which will last approximately 3 hours. Afternoon free for you to get involved in the cultural side of Costa Rica. You can visit the National Theater, Museum walk in the plazas, and also dine around. You will be spending the night at Parque del Lago, located in Paseo Colón, with immediate access to the main roads that will take you to the most important business and cultural centers and the most important tourism attractions.

Day 09
Departure
A representative from Aventuras Naturales will provide the Transfer out to the International Airport, to take your flight back home.
